個人情報の取得、利用及び提供

全ての個人情報は、不正アクセス、盗難、持ち出し等による、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等が起こらないように適正に管理し、必要な予防・是正措置を講じます。また、個人情報を外部に委託する場合は、守秘義務契約を締結するとともに、適正な管理が行われるよう管理・監督いたします。
本人の尊重
当社の個人情報の取り扱いに関する苦情及びご相談に対応するための窓口を設置し、速やか、かつ、丁寧な対応に努めます。また、個人情報の開示、修正等をご希望される場合には、合理的な期間内ですみやかに対応いたします。
個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善
当社の事業内容の変化、及び、事業を取り巻く法令、社会環境、IT環境の変化等に対応して『個人情報保護マネジメントシステム』を継続的に見直し、改善します。個人情報保護体制当方針を実施するにあたり、代表者より任命した個人情報管理責任者の下、役割と責任を明確にした社内体制を整備します。
